Items that are in stock are delivered within 2 to 5 days, depending on your country and location. We’ll keep you up to date while we process your order. More information
After you have received your order, you have 14 days to return any unwanted items back to us. Items must be in their original packaging, in mint and resalable condition. Returned items should reach our warehouses in Germany. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned items. Regrettably, exchanges are not possible. More information
You can request a change of delivery address in writing. Please send us an email with the new address as soon as possible and before your order is dispatched. Regrettably, it’s not possible to change the delivery address after an order is dispatched. More information
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Separately, you can also track your parcel after your order is dispatched by using the tracking number issued by the carrier (DHL, DPD, UPS etc). Tracking numbers are emailed to you when you order is dispatched. Check your spam folder in case your email provider has filtered legitimate messages by mistake.

We usually deliver worldwide, except in a few remote areas, such as some islands in the Pacific, villages in the Alps and Alaska, or in the middle of nowhere in Australia. Also, there are some African countries and the likes of Afghanistan, Russia, Iran, and North Korea, where it is impossible to get to. When we come across a delivery place like this you will be notified accordingly. More information

Yes, we usually pack and dispatch orders in one package. There are exceptions, however, depending on weight /volumetric weight restrictions. More information
