Το λαδοκούλουρο με χαρούπι διατηρεί όλα τα χαρακτηριστικά του κλασικού λαδοκούλουρου. Επιπλέον, περιέχει αλεύρι χαρουπιού και χαρουπόμελο που παράγεται στην Κρήτη.
